Ages 4+
A playful introduction to tumbling designed for little athletes! Students will build coordination, strength, and confidence while learning rolls, balance, handstands, and beginning cartwheel fundamentals.
Cartwheel Progression 3:30 - 4:15 pm
Ages 5–7
Perfect for athletes ready to master a strong, consistent cartwheel. This class focuses on proper technique, body positions, strength, flexibility, and foundational tumbling skills.
Advanced Cartwheels & Roundoffs 4:15- 5:00 pm
Designed for athletes who have mastered a cartwheel and are ready to develop powerful round-offs and advanced tumbling technique. Emphasis is placed on proper form, speed, and skill progression.
Prerequisite: Consistent, unassisted cartwheel
Back & Front Walkover Babes 5:00 - 5:45 pm
Ready to level up? Athletes will build the flexibility, strength, and technique needed to safely master a back and front walkover while continuing to improve body control and confidence.
Prerequisite: Strong bridge, handstand, and kick-over
Back Handspring 101 5:45 - 6:30 pm
The perfect class for athletes working toward their first back handspring. Through drills, strength training, and progressions, athletes will develop the technique and confidence needed for this exciting milestone.
Prerequisite: Consistent, unassisted back walkover, plus appropriate strength and flexibility
Stunt 101 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Learn the fundamentals of partner stunting in a safe, supportive environment. Athletes will develop body positions, timing, communication, and teamwork while being introduced to beginning stunts through age-appropriate progressions.

Home School Hype. 9:45 - 10:30 am- 3:30 pm
Ages 5 - 12
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, including basic cheer motions, pom-style dance, jumps, and an introduction to stunting.

Ages 4-5
The perfect first step into the exciting world of cheer! Athletes will learn basic motions, jumps, cheer and pom-style dance, and age-appropriate stunting while building confidence, teamwork, and a strong foundation for future cheer success.

Aerials & Front Flips 101. 3:15 - 3:45 pm
Take your cartwheel to the next level! This class focuses on the strength, power, technique, and progressions needed to master a strong, confident aerial. Athletes will work through targeted drills to improve their hurdle, body positioning, speed, and consistency. Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and tumblers ready to get their hands off the floor!
Prerequisite: A strong, consistent cartwheel is required.
Advanced Cartwheels, Round-Offs, Walkovers. 3:45 - 4:30 pm
Athletes will focus on the technique, strength, body control, and progressions needed for back tucks, layouts, fulls, and advanced tumbling combinations.
Perfect for cheerleaders and tumblers looking to advance beyond their back handspring and add higher-level skills to their tumbling!
Prerequisite: Athletes must have a strong, consistent standing and running back handspring.
